Bye Bye Baby Weight Week 3

Week 2:
This Week’s Loss/Gain: –2.6
Total Weight Lost: 24.9
Weight to Go- 10.8 lbs

Food:  I definitely ate more this week but I still stayed within my points. I didn’t use any extra points but I did use almost all of my points every day. For some reason I have been starving but I guess it didn’t hurt me because I had a good loss this week.

Fitness: I  walked 5 times this week! Smile This week I’ll start Couch to 5K. I’m nervous about running again. I know it’s going to be so hard at first but I’m determined not to give up. Wish me luck! :)

Last Week’s Goals:
- Drink 8 glasses of water every day-  I did better but still didn’t quite make it.
-Walk 4 Times- We walked 5 times! Yay!
-Stretch everyday- I did this one day. Oops!

This Week’s Goals-
-Complete first week of Couch to 5K (3 days)
- Try TurboFire at least one time
-Track all food/points

I notice some weeks I'm hungrier too and I think it has to do with breast feeding. Maybe Emerson is feeding more so you need to eat more? Anyways, GREAT WORK! The pounds are flying off!!!

Wow, you are doing great! I attempted to jog on the treadmill, and my boobs HURT! Guess I need new sports bras to support the milk factory....

Looks like you had another great week:) I'm joining in on the fun this week and really hoping this helps hold me accountable. I've heard great things about the couch to 5k and might start myself once I convince the hubs that I need an iphone with the app:)

I just started C25K this week, I have day 2 tomorrow. I was so sad after the first day and how out of shape I've really became. LOL I shouldn't have been that surprised. :D
