Bye Bye Baby Weight Week 6

Week 6:
This Week’s Loss/Gain: +1.6 Sad smile
Total Weight Lost: 25.1
Weight to Go- 10.6 lbs

Food:  Since we were out of town this week I did not track points at all. Needless to say, I ate terribly! I was not surprised at all that I had a gain.

Fitness:  I didn’t work out at all this week.  I guess you could say I fell off the wagon. Haha!

Last Week’s Goals and This Week’s Goals:

-Choose healthy foods when eating out
-Complete Week 3 of Couch to 5k-(maybe- depending on my knee)
Complete Week 2 of 100 Pushups Program
-Maintain weight loss.

I didn’t meet any of these goals last week! Ooops! I’m going to put them down as my goals for this week again. We’ll be traveling again so it’s going to be pretty tough but we’ll see! I plan on rededicating myself to the program and working out once we are settled in our new home.
