BBBW Week 10

Week 10:

This Week’s Loss/Gain: –2 lbs. 
Total Weight Lost: 33
Weight to Go- 3 lbs

Food:  Although I still have my online Weight Watchers membership I have to admit that I haven’t been using it. I have been eating well and staying within a healthy range of calories though. Even though I only have 3 pounds to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I want to lose an additional 5-7 lbs after that to get back to the size I prefer to be. In order to do that I’m pretty sure I’ll have to count points and be strict with my diet. But since I’m losing a little bit each week without tracking I’m just going to keep doing what I’m doing for now. I honestly think breastfeeding has a lot to do with it and I’m sure once she starts eating solids I’ll have to watch my diet more closely.

Fitness:  I am completely embarrassed to admit that I did not do one.single.thing last week when it comes to fitness/exercise. I guess that’s the whole reason for this link-up though. It helps keep me accountable! I always plan to go over to the gym while Emerson is sleeping but that’s usually my time to get caught up on everything else. I thought being a stay-at-home Mom would give me tons of time to workout but it’s harder to get to the gym than I thought it would be. I did try to go one night after Jesse got home from work and all of the treadmills were being used.I know- excuses, excuses.  I’m excited that I’m still losing weight without exercising and I’m sure part of it is from all the running around I do all day long, but I know if I want to fit in my old clothes I’m going to have to step it up! I used to workout 5-6 times a week so I know not working out is just not going to cut it!

Anyhoo- I just can’t seem to get motivated to workout. Have you ever heard that saying “start in the way you mean to go?” Well that fits me perfectly. I’ve noticed if I don’t start off the week exercising then I make excuses all week long. So- I am determined to start off this week on a good note by exercising TODAY!
Last Week’s Goals

Complete Week 2 and Week 3 of Couch to 5k- FAIL
-Complete Week 2 and Week 3 of 100 Pushups Program- FAIL
-Try 3 strength workouts from magazines or the Internet- FAIL

This Week’s Goals: (Just 2 for me this week)

-Work out on Monday
-Complete 3 workouts

And here’s a little bit of motivation because I definitely need it!

Ok. I am motivated. I am going to start walking again. We have probably walked about a mile today but alot was uphill. I am so out of shape. The altitude is a killer. Love you. So proud of you.
