8 Goals for the 8th Month

I'm a sucker for setting goals even though I don't follow through half the time! Since it's a new month (August already!?!) and I have LOTS of things I want to get done before the end of the year, I thought it would be fun to set some goals for August. (Some of these will have to wait until we get home but I think I should still be able to get them done.) I'm hoping that putting these out there will help keep me accountable!

1. Organize all of Emerson's outgrown clothes by size and pack them in labeled bins.

2.  Continue with the She Reads Truth devotionals. (Is anyone interested in doing the next one with me?)

3. Set up my embroidery machine in our office and convert part of the room into a playroom for E.

4. Read at least one book.

5. Do the 300 ab challenge and keep up with my half-marathon training.

6. Finish and order at least one photo book.

7. Organize Emerson's toys and put some away for rotation.

8. Learn one new thing in Photoshop.

Do you have any goals for August? Do tell!

Good luck with all of your goals. If you haven't already read The Vow, I would highly suggest it! It is a great testament to dedication, not only to their vows, but also to God!

My goal is to have this baby :) Then survive with a toddler and a newborn :) You have some great goals, and I'm sure you'll reach them!

You did this blog design yourself?! I'm so impressed!

I'm definitely interested in doing th She Reads Truth devotions!

Are you going to start embroidering stuff for Emerson? Are you interested in being hired to do some things for Hayden?? :)

Love most of those goals but can't say I could do the 300 ab thing. LOL I am doing the shereads truth prayer devotional now. Is there anything more to it than reading the scriptures daily. Not that I need anything more....just making sure I wasn't missing something else.

Great goals, a lot of mine are similar. I'm tackling the playroom today.

Hi Tami - I love your new design on the blog. Super cute! You probably have talked about this before but who do you do the photobooks through? I would love to start doing one for my girls (esp. since I don't print photos anymore)

Thanks so much,
