Friday Five

It's so hard to believe that another week has come and gone! We are officially on the final countdown to Adelyn's arrival! Eeek!! I'm linking up here and sharing a little bit of what's been going on with us lately:

One: Poor Emerson has been as sick as a dog since the day after Christmas. It turned out to just be a nasty cold but it really hit her hard.  I have never seen her so pitiful! She still has a yucky cough but otherwise seems to be on the mend. We're finally able to get out of the house and spend some time at the park. Thank goodness because we were all getting a little bit of cabin fever!

And these two pictures really have nothing to do with anything but I love them so I'm including them.

Two: Thank you all for your kind comments about Adelyn's nursery. I haven't had a chance to respond back to y'all, but I do appreciate it so much. I told my friend that I'm already going through nursery decorating withdrawal. It's been my main focus for  the last two months and now I feel weird not working on it. I would probably add more but the tiny space is pretty much full! :)

Three: Little Moments Like This is getting a new look soon! I have always done my own design but I decided to purchase a premade design on Etsy this time. It's rather simple but very pretty and I can't wait to see how it looks! I hope I love it as much as I think I will.

Four: If you haven't heard, there are tons of Beth Moore books for free on Amazon, Barnes and Nobles, and Itunes. They are the digital versions so you will have to get the Kindle or Nook app to read them but you can't beat free. I'm a huge Beth Moore fan so I snatched up every last one. I'm so excited!

Five: I haven't worked out in about 3 weeks. In some ways I'm disappointed with myself for sticking with it so long and then just stopping so close to end of my pregnancy. But in other ways I feel like I'm doing the right thing by giving my body a rest. Either way I'm really looking forward to getting back into a solid workout routine once Adelyn is here and I have recovered. I'm thinking of doing Body Revolution again but I haven't decided for sure. I'm just hoping I can shed this baby weight in a somewhat decent amount of time.

Well, I guess that's it for today. We really don't have many plans for the weekend but I'm looking forward to it. The weather has been absolutely amazing here so I'm sure we'll be spending lots of time outdoors. Hope y'all have a lovely weekend as well!

Ooh poor girl looked miserable. Hope she's well on the mend now.

I'm so jealous of the weather you're having. We're in a windchill advisory until Tuesday (anywhere from -35 to -60). Yikes!

I downloaded several books too! I know they will come in handy with those late night feedings that will soon be happening. Are you as ready as me to have that baby already?!?! I am counting down the minutes :)

I have missed so much being out of the mommy blogging world. Congrats on the new coming baby and I love the nursery. I never thought to look on etsy for blog designs... I may need to do that.
