April Goals

Back in February I made a list of goals for the month. I don't think I even looked back at that list until now. Needless to say, I don't think I met very many of them. Since it's a new month and we're getting into some sort of routine around here, I decided to set some new goals. Let's hope I'm a little bit more successful this time around.

-Read The Bible every day. Since finishing my one year reading plan, I haven't been as faithful about reading. I started a few Lent devotionals on YouVersion but I haven't been reading every day.

-Volunteer at church. I'm not quite sure what area would be a good fit for me so I am praying about it but I want to get involved sooner rather than later.

-Work out at least 5 days a week. I've been doing this already and I want to stick with it. If you want to know what I've been doing, I track all of my workouts here.

-Continue eating clean with occasional cheats.

-Go on at least one date night with Jesse

-Do at least two learning activities per week with Emerson (this was a total fail in February so we will try again.

-Blog at least 3 times a week. I'm really sad that I only blogged 4 times in March so I'm vowing to do better this month.

- Print pictures from all of our photo sessions. We've had family pictures made several times since Emerson was born almost three years ago, yet I have very few updated pictures up in frames. I even have some empty frames on the wall. It's pretty sad!

-Continue with our envelope budgeting system and meet our savings goal for the month. I also hope to blog about it sometime soon.

So there you have it. I tried to keep these attainable. If I do well maybe I'll kick it up a notch next month! :)

I love this! I made a goal list last month, but didn't do a great job at it. So I think I will do it again. :-)

These are great goals! Good luck :) Sometimes I'm really hit-or-miss with completing my monthly goals too.
